Upon entering through Villa Perezoso’s grand doors, you will encounter a Balinese paradise featuring a rock wall and waterfall with stone steps leading you to the entrance to the first floor of the Penthouse. This floor features an open air living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen along with its two master suites. The design of the Penthouse allows for stunning views and marvelous breezes from each of these rooms, you can witness the gorgeous Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica bay and experience the wildlife whether taking a shower, enjoying a cocktail, or lounging in the bedroom. Each master suite (one King, one Queen) are spacious with private elegant bathrooms with masterful designs creating the illusion of showering in the midst of the tropics. Spa products, closets, safes, flat screen TV/DVDs, luxury linens, ipod docking stations, wi-fi and air conditioned bedrooms are part of what you will enjoy.
A circular staircase leads up to a spectacular loft (featuring a Balinese daybed to read that favorite novel or simply take in the views) on the upper level of this luxurious two-story villa. In addition to its 220-degree windows and views, the loft opens to a spacious private 500 sq ft sun terrace — the perfect place to soak up a gorgeous sunset, take a private yoga class or massage, gaze at the stars or relax in the jacuzzi (warm water). The loft is designed for the utmost in comfortable lounging and is equipped with wireless internet access.
Your stay at the Penthouse comes with your personal concierge, chef (if desired), and housekeeping staff who will shop, serve, clean and cook up some of the best meals you have ever tasted.
