General Information:

  • Minimum stay of 4 nights for THE Villa and THE Penthouse
  • A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking to finalize your reservation. The balance, plus a refundable $1000 security-phone deposit, is due 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation prior to 120 days: 80% of deposit is refundable. Prior to 90 days: 40% of deposit is refundable. Less than 90 days: no refund, unless a booking is received for the same dates.
  • Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s and Easter bookings are non-refundable
  • Check in time is 3:00 pm; check out time is 11:00 am
